For the meatballs in the jar, first peel and finely dice the onions, sauté in a little oil until translucent and let cool.

Mix the beef mince in a bowl with the cooled onions, two raw eggs and the herbs and spices by hand until well blended.

With wet hands, form small balls and fry them out in oil. Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly.

Layer in the prepared jars and seal.

Cook the meatballs in the jar at 120 °C for 120 minutes.
