Instructions:

Cut off the ends of the green beans and cut them into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Boil the green beans until firm to the bite and drain in a sieve.

Cut pancetta into small cubes, heat in a pan, adding a little oil if necessary.

Add the onion and sauté until translucent, add the green beans.

Mix cream with soup seasoning, add to the green beans and season with salt and pepper. Do not let it boil any more.

Arrange on plates, finely chop herbs and sprinkle over the green beans.
