For the turkey ragout, dice the turkey breast and fry in oil. Fry garlic and parsley, deglaze with white wine, season.

Dice the shallots, add to the meat with the peppers and mushrooms and sauté until soft. Whisk the sour cream with the flour and thicken the ragout with it.

Bring to the boil briefly.
