Place 250 g mango pulp with 750 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed) and 250 g jelling sugar 2:1 in a saucepan and use a masher to mash the mango pulp. Make three min and transfer to jars. Turn the jars upside down on the spot and cool, Done !
