Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry gnocchi, turning occasionally, for about four minutes.

Add ham cubes, reduce temperature, roast for about four minutes. Add sauce half cream, mix, just until hot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in chives, coarsely chopped.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
