For the baked catfish fillets, clean the catfish fillets and remove the bones, season with garlic salt and acidify with lemon juice.

First cover the fish with flour all around, then pull it through the beaten egg and cover it with the breadcrumbs, pressing them down a little.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish in it until golden brown, turning once.

Drain the baked catfish fillets on kitchen paper and serve.
