Try this delicious pasta dish:
Clean and finely dice peppers. Finely dice onions and garlic. Sauté everything in olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the paradeis pulp briefly and then extinguish everything together with white wine. Then add the tomatoes with the juice. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered at low temperature for 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
Add the mussel meat to the sauce form, repeatedly bring to the boil briefly, perhaps seasoning. Pluck basil and chop finely.
Drain spaghetti and mix with sauce. Serve sprinkled with basil.
