Whip the cream, mix the yogurt and curd, stir in the birch sugar and fold this mixture into the whipped cream.

Mix instant gelatine with water according to package instructions and fold into curd mixture.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Mix berries and maple syrup, mash and strain through a sieve.

Divide the berry sauce among 4 plates, make dumplings from the dumpling mixture with a tablespoon and place them on top.
