Cut slices and spread out in a rosette shape on a flat plate. Cut out balls of avocado with a Parisian spoon, marinate with juice of one lemon and garnish in the center of the plate.

For the dressing, mix two parts balsamic vinegar, one part olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
