For the Black Forest Tiramisu without egg, first melt the chocolate and mix with mascarpone, yogurt and powdered sugar.
Bring the cherries to the boil together with the cherry brandy, vinegar, vanilla bean, orange zest and sugar, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
Briefly soak the biscuits in espresso and pour into glasses in layers along with the mascarpone cream and cherries. The last layer should be cherries.
Garnish the Black Forest Tiramisu without egg with chocolate shavings and then serve directly.
