Instructions:

For the vegetable ragout with tomatoes, dice the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Now add the vegetable cubes and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Deglaze with passata and add tomato paste. Bring to a boil and then add the spices. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Season again and serve.
