For the mango-banana dessert, peel the mango and cut off the flesh. Puree mango flesh with jam and rum.

Divide the puree into two dessert glasses, quickly add the sliced bananas on top. Whip the whipped cream with powdered sugar until stiff, pour on top of the fruit and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.

Serve the mango-banana dessert cold.
