Instructions:

For the fish soup with chowder, first prepare the soup chowder. For this, mix all the mini dumpling ingredients and let the dough swell.

For the soup itself at the beginning sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Clean, wash and chop the soup vegetables. Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic. Heat oil in a large pot, sauté shallot cubes and garlic in it. Add soup vegetables and bay leaves and fill up with fish stock. Simmer with lid on for 10 minutes.

Put cherry tomatoes in boiling water, then peel, quarter and seed. Add tomatoes, fish with lemon juice and walnut-sized green spelt dumplings to the still simmering soup, turn down the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the fish soup with salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill.
