For the egg white soup with grams and wild garlic, wash the wild garlic, dry it and cut it into fine strips. Heat the lard in a pan, add the grams and fry until crispy.

Salt the egg whites, stir in half of the wild garlic and pour over the grams, let it set and sprinkle with the rest of the wild garlic and serve the Eiklareierspeis with grams and wild garlic.
