For the curd fruit cake, preheat the oven to 170 degrees (circulating). Prepare the fruit. For the sponge, cream butter and granulated sugar, then alternate eggs and flour, mixed with baking powder, and spread on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

For the curd mixture, mix the curd with egg, vanilla pudding powder and granulated sugar until creamy and spread on the previously prepared dough.

Spread the prepared fruit on top and sprinkle the almonds on top. Bake for about 45 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
