Finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Heat butter, sauté onion and garlic in it.

Rinse cucumber hot and cut into small cubes with peel, add and steam for 10 minutes until soft.

Season with salt and pepper, pour in clear soup and let it boil.

Blend soup, fold in whipped cream and heat up again.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.

The soup also tastes very good when cooled.
