Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Rub the whole lamb ribs well with it and leave to marinate for 1-2 days. Place the ribs on a grid (place a tray with water underneath) or a baking tray and roast slowly in the preheated oven at approx. 160-170 °C for approx. 90 minutes.
