For the rye pancakes, put the rye flour, sugar, egg and a dash of milk in a bowl and whisk well together.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan and pour a little batter thinly into the pan and let it spread so that the bottom is covered.
After batter has set, flip and brown on both sides. Repeat until the dough is used up.
Fill with applesauce, roll up and dust with powdered sugar.
