Bring pineapple with preserving sugar, lemon juice and coconut milk to a boil, blend and boil for 4-5 minutes. Stir in coconut flakes and pectin and boil again for 1 minute.

Make jelly test (Put some jam on a cold plate and put it in the refrigerator for a short time. If the jam is too thick, thin it with some water, if it is too thin, add some gelling agent). Stir in the liqueur.

Pour the pineapple jam into prepared glasses, drizzle a few drops of alcohol over them with the help of an eyedropper, light and seal immediately.
