For the liver with ribbon noodles, cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, strain and keep warm.
Turn the liver in flour and brown in a pan in the butter. Season with pepper. Add onion and cook until translucent. Extinguish with wine, add tomatoes and green onions.
Cover and steam until tomatoes are cooked. If necessary, add some soup.
