For the jam croissants, remove the croissant dough from the tin and lay out into triangles.

Spread a blob of jam on the long side and roll up toward the center.

Place with the seal down on a tray with baking paper and brush with a little beaten egg. Sprinkle with water and bake in the oven at 180°C hot air for about 15 minutes.
