A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut into cubes, the carrots also from the peel and cut into fine slices, the cauliflower into small pieces (roses), the tomatoes cut into slices, garlic cut into fine leaves. Then put peas, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, garlic, parsley root and beans in 3 liters of lightly salted water in a saucepan and boil for about 20 minutes. Put on medium heat. In a frying pan, fry the butter and flour and the onion cut into noodles until golden, add the sweet and hot paprika and pour in a small amount of vegetable soup – bring to a boil and add to the vegetable soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like, you can season the Hungarian vegetable soup with a little bit of Tabasco sauce. If the soup is too viscous, even though the recipe calls for it, you can stretch it to your liking. Furthermore, you can also add wide noodles (make in a separate saucepan) to the finished soup as you like.
