First prepare the filling. For this, mix well curd cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Cut the puff pastry into 12 rectangles and divide the filling among the 12 pieces.

Fold the corners of the puff pastry to the middle. Brush the pastries with egg and place them on the baking paper.

Bake in the oven at approx. 180 °C until golden brown. Approx. 25 minutes.
