Mass is enough for about 8 jars of 250 g.

For the gooseberry kumquat jam, clean the gooseberries, wash carefully and pat dry. Wash the kumquats well hot (brush them off) and cut them into slices.

Mix the fruits in a large pot with the jelling sugar and let it infuse for a few hours.

Then bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 4 minutes until bubbling.
