I N F O The finished pork slices will keep for a week in an airtight container. They taste delicious with spiced rice.

P R E P T I N g Clean pork, cut into very thin slices, and marinate in soy sauce and sugar for one night. Place meat between two layers of plastic wrap and press as flat as possible with a noodle walker. Dry in the sun or possibly in a warm, dry place.

Grill very leisurely until sugar is caramelized.
