For the crepes with ratatouille heat oil in a pan and fry onions. Add the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.

For the pancake, mix the egg with milk and water and then add to the flour. Stir quickly so that there are no lumps. Put some oil in a pan and make pancakes one by one.

The ratatouille then spread on the finished pancakes and then roll up.
