Instructions:

For the Schoko Kirsch Plunder, bring cherries, water and Kirstall sugar to the boil and simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into pieces of approx. 4×6 cm.

Put 1 tablespoon of cherry jam in the center of each piece and spread 1 tablespoon of cherry compote on top. Fold the dough pieces together and brush with yolk.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate, decorate the Danish pastry with chocolate and sprinkle the chocolate cherry pastry with almonds.
