Instructions:

Remove the paper wrapper from the tomatillos and cut them into pieces. Chop the garlic clove finely.

All ingredients in a hand mixer form and finely grind.

If the salsa is too spicy, you can add the avocado and blend the sauce repeatedly. This salsa goes wonderfully with grilled beef.

It goes well with:

Mexican beer.

Our special tip:

This spicy salsa is also great with burritos and scrambled eggs with chorizo or possibly machaca. Without avocado, the salsa can keep for a week in the refrigerator. With avocado it will only keep in about 2 days.
