For the cabbage sprout ragout, fry the bacon cubes in a pan and sauté the chopped onion. Pour in 3/8 l of soup.

Add peeled and diced potatoes and cleaned cabbage sprouts. Cook for about 25 minutes. Add cream and parsley and season with pepper.
