For the apple horseradish, bring half a glass of white wine, salt, lemon concentrate and half a glass of water to the boil in a pot. In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into wedges.

Boil the apple wedges for a few minutes until soft, remove the apples from the water, mash and let cool. Grate fresh horseradish and mix into the apple puree. Serve the apple horseradish.
