Mix the mascarpone neatly with 150 grams of sugar, the egg yolks, the grated orange peel and the liqueur. Bring 1 large glass of water to a boil with the remaining sugar and the piece of zest, then cool the syrup a little bit.

Line a rectangular baking dish with biscuits. Spread the cookies with the syrup, add a layer of cream on top, then cookies and syrup again until all the ingredients are used. The top layer should be crem.

Garnish the dessert with candied orange and let it sit for a few hours if possible.
