Spaghetti with Zucchini

Cut zucchini into thin slices and roast for about 8 min at high temperature in 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Make spaghetti in enough salted water according to instructions.

Chop basil leaves if desired.

Drain the spaghetti and mix with the zucchini and 2 more tbsp. oil and the basil. Season with pepper and offer freshly grated Gruyère or possibly Parmesan.

Our tip: Zucchini are delicate in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
