Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the eggs. Sift together the flour and baking powder and slowly stir into the mixture with the raisins. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe finger-thick, 5 cm long bars onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for approx. 12 minutes. When completely cool, remove from baking sheet. Spread jam on one half of the sticks and assemble with the other half. Dip the sticks in the cake glaze to decorate.
