Try this delicious cake recipe:

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Rinse the peaches, pat dry, cut in half and remove the stones. Mix eggs, curd, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter well with the whisks of a mixer.

Sift durum wheat semolina and baking powder over ingredients in baking bowl and fold in. Brush the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.

Pour in the batter and place the peaches in a circle, with the cut sides facing up. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes, cool for three minutes, then remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack.

Heat apricot jam, spread through a sieve, fold in almond liqueur and 1 tsp. water, brush top of cake with it. Lightly toast nuts in dry skillet, but do not brown. Sprinkle about half a teaspoon of nuts into each peach half.

Serve the cake with or without whipped cream.
