Instructions:

For the chocolate pear muffins without flour, first separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and softened butter until fluffy.

Mix in drinking chocolate, chocolate pudding powder, rum and milk. Mix in the chopped pear pieces. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Put the muffin paper cups into the muffin baking pan and distribute the batter evenly in them. Bake at approx. 170 °C on the middle shelf.
