Instructions:

Wash the lettuce, spin well and cut or pluck into bite-sized pieces.

For the dressing, mix lemon juice, Worcester sauce with vinegar and mustard, season with pepper. Squeeze the garlic and add it. Coarsely grate the parmesan and mix it in. Blend with the anchovies. Meanwhile, let the oil trickle in little by little. Then season again with vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy.

For the croutons, cut the ciabatta into cubes and fry in butter together with the rosemary and thyme leaves until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Immediately before serving, mix the salad leaves with the dressing. Grate the remaining Parmesan and sprinkle over the salad. Garnish with the bacon cubes and croutons.
