For the whole wheat semolina gnocchi with strawberry sauce, bring the milk to a boil, drizzle in the semolina and cook gently until it thickens.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and fold in the egg yolks. Cover and leave to swell.
In the meantime, wash the strawberries and crush them with honey to a puree.
Use a teaspoon to make dumplings from the semolina and place them in the strawberry sauce.
Depending on taste, you can also warm the strawberry sauce slightly .
