Risotto all zafferano (Saffron Risotto)
Sauté the onions in half of the butter until soft.
Add the long grain rice and cook for a few minutes, extinguish with white wine, add the soup little by little and cook for about
20 min with continuous stirring.
Add the saffron and the cheese.
