Grease a large, fireproof cooking pot well, cut the meat into large cubes and fill into the cooking pot, sprinkle spices in between, cover just with water and bake in the heated oven at about 220 degrees a 1 hour. Now cover with lid and steam at 180 degrees in about 6 hours. Add water if necessary. Serve with potatoes.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
