Try this delicious cake recipe:

You should definitely take more potatoes than carrots :-). Chop potatoes, carrots and greens (dried greens work just as well) and put them in a saucepan with the bread. Later fill up with water until the contents are just covered, season with salt, nutmeg, pepper and grained clear soup. Cook until the vegetables are done, then grind them completely with the cooking water, e.g. using a vegetable grinder. Finish with whipped cream and season if necessary.

In addition: freshly baked potato pancakes, (real Saarland) fresh plum cake or simply bread

according to the recipe of my grandmother (inherited from druid to druid…).
