For the melon punch, cut out the melons with a baller (spoon) and place in a bowl. Stir in the sugar (to taste), cover with the Malibu and let steep overnight in the refrigerator.

Before serving, transfer to a larger bowl, top with the Prosecco and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
