Preparation :

Remove peel from potatoes and cook whole. Cut pumpkin into potato-sized pieces. Thread beans and cut in half. Onions remove the peel and whole. Garlic in pieces, rinse and rub dry.

Bring about 2 liters of water to a boil in a pan and season well with salt. Boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes, fish them out with a skimmer and put them in a bowl. The salt water further lightly wallen.

Mint sauce: Chop the mint without stems with the sugar and put it in a heat-resistant bowl. Add 1 dl of boiling salted water and let it simmer for 5 minutes, add the vinegar, stir well and season with ground pepper.

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to about 200 to 230 °C. Brush the tray with a little bit of olive oil, put the onions and garlic on it and also brush with a little bit of olive oil, put it in the oven and bake for about 10 -15 min. Season the lamb halves well with salt and pepper from the mill, brush with a tiny bit of mustard and olive oil and place on the tray and bake for about 20 – half an hour.

In the meantime, heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the potatoes and pumpkin with the rosemary sprig.
