Try this delicious cake recipe:

Hard eggs, rinse, peel and cut in half. Strain the yolks through a fine sieve and add the raw egg yolks and the powdered sugar, stir well together. gradually fold in the softened butter. Add the vanilla bean. Add flour and knead together to form a dough.

Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 120 minutes with the lid closed.

Form walnut-sized pieces of dough into 12 cm long rolls. Form rings out of these. Brush rings with egg yolk, sprinkle with hail sugar and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in the heated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Now remove from the baking sheet on the spot and cool on a wire rack.
